Although winter skiing and snowboarding is our most popular draw for weekend visitors, summer recreational activities are numerous and more varied. Spend your days at our many lakes and streams that provide plenty of world class fresh water fishing.
Or, you can pass the time soaking up the sun in the Mammoth Lakes Village, providing a quaint shopping experience (Bodie-like) and access to many delectable restaurants and other outdoor activities. Boat rentals are also available at several locations - in Mammoth Lakes, Convict Lake, Crowley Lake, and June Lakes.
The John Muir and Ansel Adams Wilderness hiking trails pretty much blanket the area -- and so do mountain biking trails, equestrian trails, and rock climbing spots. The cabin is less than an hour from the historic Bodie National Park and Yosemite National Park.
